Journey Through Parenting: How the Past Hijacks the Present
Healing Emotional Wounds for the Planet: Why it starts with you
Conscious Parenting Requires Embracing Responsibility and Breaking Cycles of Trauma, but most importantly regaining your innocence and child-like nature.
In our journey to birth babies compassionately and to raise the brightest, most emotionally stable children, we must first acknowledge a profound truth: the key to nurturing future generations lies in our own healing. Unresolved trauma, carried silently within us, perpetuates cycles of pain and dysfunction that are handed down from generation to generation. To break this cycle, we must embark on a courageous path of self-discovery, healing, transformation, and ultimately rekindling our belief in magick.
To Be the Best Parent You Can Be Requires Taking Responsibility for Our Own Wounds
The first step in healing is recognizing our own wounds. We must engage in deep self-reflection, acknowledging the pain and trauma we have experienced. This requires courage and honesty as we confront the parts of ourselves that are hurt and broken.
The Inner Child Journey is a practical 5 step approach to uncover the patterns of behavior and thought that stem from specific developmental stages during your childhood to your early 30s. Understanding these patterns helps us to break free from automatic responses that are rooted in past trauma.
Our vision is a world where conscious parenting and healing from early emotional wounds are the norms. By taking responsibility for our own healing, we break the cycle of trauma and create a future where people can thrive in environments of love, understanding, and emotional freedom. From this foundation of love, parents can birth consciously and bring babies into the womb in the most optimal conditions.
The course is designed for parents-to-be, parents, childcare providers, and teachers

Understanding the neural wiring of a child's brain at different ages highlights the importance of neuroplasticity. This process shows how trauma isn't just about what happened to you but also what didn’t happen for you. Connection is key.
