Getting to the Root of Healing
QUARTERLY YEAR-ROUND COHORTS
A 6-Class Online Journey Back to Yourself
Offered quarterly, this six-class live online series is an invitation to come home to your body.
Many of us were never taught how to understand our emotions, calm our nervous system, or how to stay present when life feels overwhelming. Instead, we learned to cope, to push through, or to shut down.
This series offers something different. It offers a way to pause and listen. All that has happened in our lives is held in body memory by our nervous system.
When trauma hasn’t been processed, it shapes the way we experience and respond to life.
Our beliefs about ourselves become the story of our lives. Sometimes, the old stories no longer work, and we need new pathways that reflect our values, allowing us to journey in life with awareness, integrity, and love.

Course: Alchemy for the Soul
ANNUAL ONGOING COHORTS
A Path of Initiation — The Journey to Know Thyself
This is not a beginner’s course. It is an advanced spiritual initiation designed to strip away the conditional identities, survival strategies, and attachment masks we learned in order to belong.
Alchemy for the Soul follows the ancient path of initiation through the Tree of Life — the Yoga of the West — guiding you sphere by sphere from Malkuth to Kether. This is sacred technology: a process of purification, refinement, and remembrance.
Through rigorous self-inquiry, embodiment practices, and psychospiritual integration, you will dismantle inherited patterning and confront the structures that once protected you but now limit you.
This is the work of removing the masks.
This is the path of awakening the Divine Pattern within — not as concept, but as lived reality.
For those ready to enter the deeper mysteries and reclaim the unconditioned self.

Course: Advanced Embodiment Journey
LIVE COHORT STARTING IN APRIL!
The Journey from Spirit to Body.
Year-Long Practitioner Certification
This is more than a training — it is a year-long return to the origins of life.
Together, we explore preconception, womb development, birth imprint, and early attachment as living imprints carried in the nervous system. Blending pre- and perinatal science, somatic practice, and depth psychology, this cohort-based journey invites practitioners to understand how our earliest experiences shape how we love, lead, parent, and practice.
Meeting 2.5 hours at a time over the course of one year, we move steadily through the developmental arc of creation — from ancestral field and conception to birth integration and relational shaping.
Designed for therapists, bodyworkers, birth professionals, craniosacral practitioners, somatic educators, and trauma-informed facilitators, this training is for those who feel called to work at the roots.
The aim is not knowledge acquisition — but embodied mastery.
Graduates leave able to:
• Track nervous system states with clarity
• Facilitate regulation and co-regulation
• Understand pre- and perinatal trauma integration
• Work skillfully with developmental timelines
• Teach foundational embodiment practices
• Lead from coherence rather than reactivityThis is advanced work. It asks you to meet your own origin story — and emerge steadier for others.

These in-person gatherings are the embodied heart of our work.
Offered as 3-hour workshops, evening intensives, or half-day weekend immersions, these experiences invite you out of the mind and into the body — into a living field of presence, rhythm, and connection.
Each workshop is experiential. Together we practice:
