The term "Salon" draws inspiration from the historical gatherings of pioneers within the French and European societies, who convened to exchange avant-garde ideas of their time. Similarly, the Salon Community aspires to be a modern-day forum for transformative conversation.
Our philosophy is reminiscent of the concepts of Tikkun in Kabbalah and the art of Kintsugi: the repair and mending of what is broken to create something even more beautiful. As Leonard Cohen reminds us:

Sara’s role within The Flower of Life Foundation is pivotal as the Caretaker of the Beehive.
