FAQs

  • Around the globe at locations that intersect with prominent ley lines along Earth's man-made energetic grid.

  • Bonding, attachment, and presence. The trauma of not feeling seen or heard, or having eye contact, can be about disconnection. Meeting the eyes of another human being, when we are the eyes and heart for someone, when we are regressing to such early times, we are regressing to one of our most vulnerable moments, to feel the body of another person, feel their eyes, feel their heart when they are attuned to us ….when we investigate the earliest times of our embodiment journey. How we are shaped is universal, and we are not currently being received with open-heart connection. This is how our earliest ego is formed and it’s formed by lack and hunger and deep yearning for connection, because so many of us arrive in the wombs of our mothers, into a world in which we are not received, in a way that our diving soul knows connection. We come from a place of total connection and we arrive on Earth with all of these experiences from separation. So in person we can heal some of these experiences of separation, and this type of present cannot be replicated on zoom.

    • Increased health mentally and emotionally -- particularly in the felt sense of safety and love

    • Increased health physically -- digestion, structural benefits and other body functions

    • Increased health in immune function and vitality

    • Increased sense of peace, feeling grounded and wellbeing

    • Healthier response to stress

    • Increased connection and sense of belonging in relationships

    • Increased clarity in finding one's direction, meaning and purpose in life

    • Ability to move through and transform compulsive patterns which hold us back from what we desire in life.

    • General dissociation, paralysis, anger or anxiety that can feel overwhelming and debilitating

    • Difficulty initiating and following through with our intentions

    • Difficulty in being able to feel love even when it is being expressed to us by others

    • General feeling of disconnection, isolation and not belonging

    • Difficulty in finding one's place and direction in the world -- inner direction, sense of meaning and purpose in life.

    • Difficulty in establishing and maintaining healthy relationships and healthy boundaries

    • Additionally, there are many chronic health conditions that become acute and even debilitating because of all of the above. There is a real biological connection between mind, emotions, nervous system, immune function, structural health and general physiology.

  • In an ideal world, you can do a process group a few times a year.

  • To set yourself up to remain vulnerable because in remaining vulnerable you get to feel the consequences of what you just uncovered. If you can take the day off work the first day back after a retreat is highly recommended. Journaling your thoughts and emotions is very therapeutic. Getting bodywork is very helpful. Pairing up with a person in class to meet a week later to share how you are integrating your process. Ideally, seek therapy with a pre and perinatal somatic therapist.

  • We always establish a safe energetic field that is connected and safe. Check-ins and grounding exercises start off each day. Breaks for self-care and time in nature are built into the schedule. We end the day early enough for you to get dinner and rest.
